I design and lead workshops that address the root causes of stress in the workplace. In collaboration with both corporates and individuals to help them increase their productivity through holistic practices. My goal is to empower people to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I did job after job and work endlessly which left me
Stressed, Depressed & Confused.
As the stress and pressure piled up, my mental and physical health began to suffer. I was constantly exhausted and felt like I was on the verge of burnout. I was also struggling with depression and felt like I had no one to turn to for help.
Finally, I knew I had to make a change. I quit my job in 2015 and took some time to focus on myself and my well-being. It was a tough decision, but it was the best one for me.
that's when my career took a 360-degree turn.
I began to focus on my overall well-being and enrolled in classes and workshops in life coaching, yoga, meditation, and psychology. These helped me to be more present and to re-evaluate my life values.
Since working that 24-hour shift at the hotel, I haven't gone back to my old me the change was so profound i changed my name from Atul to Yash
My path to self transformation was never easy but my life journey connected me with with amazing people from all over the world and help me to assist my clients in bringing positive changes in their life.
Now, I am in a much better place. I follow my heart calling that allows me to have a better work-life balance, and I have access to the resources and support that I need to manage my stress and mental health.
I share this story with you to emphasize that we all need to take care of ourselves. Sometimes it's hard to step back and realize that your job is affecting your health and well-being, but it's important to make that decision for yourself, before it's too late.
