 Refunds and Liability Disclaimer

We do not offer any refunds for purchases of the course or on any items Additionally, we assume no responsibility for any damage, breakage, or loss of singing bowls, mallets, bells, or other items during shipment. Any claims regarding such issues must be addressed directly with the shipping service provider.

If you break the bowls during the Couse you will responsibility for the same.

We will not do any exchange or refund of the singing bowls.

Collection of Small Items

The maximum period for collecting small items, such as Rain sticks, bells and mallets, is forty (40) days from the end of the course. After this period, we will not be liable for any damage, breakage, or loss of the items. Furthermore, the availability of small items such as rain sticks, bells, mallets beyond the forty (40) day period is not guaranteed, as they are subject to availability

Partial Payment and Course Enrolment Policy

In the event that a partial payment is made, and the remaining balance is not paid by the commencement date of the course, no refund will be issued for any payments made. Additionally, you will not be permitted to attend or participate in the full course until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
