Our workplace well-being programs have been carefully crafted by clinical psychologists, as well as yoga and ayurveda experts, to ensure they are rooted in evidence-based practices. Our workshop methodology seamlessly integrates formal theoretical instruction with regular reference to real-world case scenarios. The workshop offers a scientifically curated box containing engaging activities for self-care, Activities within the workshop are designed to foster reflection, enhance awareness, and substituting unhelpful thoughts and patterns with more beneficial alternatives thereby supporting participants in their mental health journey.

Stress Less Journaling

Workshops Objectives

In the Stress Less Journaling workshop, participants embark on a journey of self-awareness, identifying habits that no longer serve them. Through guided journaling exercises, they explore strategies to DE clutter their minds and lives. Daily challenges are introduced to replace negative beliefs with positive affirmations, fostering a mind-set of growth and resilience.

De-Stress with Art

In the workshops, participants will be guided to tap into their inner creativity, using their deepest fears and worries as inspiration for meaningful artworks. The sessions  will be culminated in the painting of self-portraits, symbolizing the manifestation of personal aspirations onto canvas.

  • We help you align five layers of your belong such as body, breath, mind, intellect and higher self through ancient modalities of yoga & sound healing combined with modern psychology and life coaching.

Our coaching program spans a minimum of six months, with two monthly calls, each lasting at least one hour. To kick things off, we provide a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. This allows us to delve into our potential collaboration and gain a deeper understanding of your goals.
